Is this a subscription?
No. Every course is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep lifetime access — there are no recurring charges, bundles, or all-access plans.
How do I get access to a course?
Buy the course — your account is set up at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, log in with your email and start watching. The course stays on your account for life, with progress tracking.
Can my child use my account?
Yes. There is one account per purchase — yours — and your child can learn on it. Each course you buy is unlocked on that account.
What payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled by trusted providers and support common Malaysian methods such as FPX, cards, and e-wallets. EziMathz never sees or stores your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final — we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once payment is confirmed. Your rights under Malaysian law and your bank/payment-provider dispute rights remain. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
What subjects and levels do you cover?
EziMathz focuses on SPM Mathematics, taught technique-first through short, focused video lessons.
Do I need to install anything?
No. EziMathz runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone.
